Dutch Oven Peach Cobbler is a rustic dessert of sweet sliced peaches baked under a tender, buttery biscuit topping in a seasoned Dutch oven. Ingredients

  • 4 cup peach slices, fresh or thawed
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.50 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1.50 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6.25 tbsp butter, melted

Steps

  1. Preheat Dutch oven or conventional oven to 350 F.
  2. Mix peach filling: stir peaches with sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
  3. Prepare batter: whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, and melted butter.
